The ZARK has a unique light pattern for every action it performs. By observing ZARK LEDs you will be able to determine what function it is performing. Please check documentation for recommended settings and steps to fix issues if your ZARK is displaying an error message.

Activity Detected An alarm vibration event has been detected. None
Associated with SSID The ZARK has successfully associated with a configured network. None
SSID Association Error ZARK failed to associate with SSID. Potential Problems:
(1) SSID Credentials are incorrect
(2) SSID authentication method does not support ZARK.
(3) SSID failed to assign IP to ZARK. 
Double Tap for AP Mode ZARK waits for 10 seconds for user to double tap for network configuration. If ZARK is not tapped, it will automatically enter Measurement Capture Mode. Double tap Zark in rhythm with light pattern if you wish to change its network configuration.
Double Tap Detected ZARK has recognized a doubletap and will go into Access Point Mode for WiFi configuration. ZARK is awaiting user to open iOS WiFi Configuration Application
Local Net Configuration A smart phone or tablet is connected to the ZARK. ZARK is waiting for user to complete network configuration. 
Measurement Taken A vibration measurement has been captured. None
Network Failure The ZARK is not receiving a response from the Zeep Server. Potential Problems:
(1) Please verify that the network is configured to allow access to the necessary ports and IP Addresses for functionality. 
Power On The ZARK is booting up and performing system checks. None
Zeep Message Received An Acknowledgement from the Zeep server has been received.  None
OTA Firmware Update in Progress  ZARK is applying a recently downloaded firmware update. Caution! DO NOT UNPLUG THE ZARK DURING THIS PROCESS.
