If you received a certificate of conformance with your ZARK, you'll find the MAC address on that sheet.

If not, here are the steps to get the MAC address of your ZARK:

  1. Start or re-start the ZARK by attaching it to a personality ring.
  2. Once the ZARK displays the "heartbeat" light pattern, tap the bottom of the ring twice (double tap) to activate Access Point mode. If your double tap is successful, the ZARK will quickly flash three times, and then go into Access Point mode, with the LEDs alternating between sides and corners.
  3. Now, from a computer, connect to the ZARK via your Wireless Connections - you'll see the ZARK listed as an available WiFi connection named "ZARK-<ZARK Serial Number>-<Ring Serial Number>".
  4. Once you've connected to the ZARK, open a command prompt on your computer - you can find this in the menu, or type "cmd" in the Windows search bar.
  5. From the command prompt, type "netsh wlan show interfaces".
  6. As shown below, you'll see the SSID of the ZARK listed, and it's MAC Address is shown as the BSSID.
